Neue Ausgabe 1/2017 der ZParl erschienen
Rechtzeitig vor dem langen Osterwochenende ist die neue Ausgabe 1/2017 der Zeitschrift für Parlamentsfragen (ZParl) erschienen. Darin blicken Martin Koschkar und Christian Nestler auf die Landtagswahl in Mecklenburg-Vorpommern vom 4. September 2016 zurück, Oskar Niedermayer analysiert die Wahl zum Berliner Abgeordnetenhaus vom 18. September 2016. Im Mittelpunkt des Heftes steht die „Alternative für Deutschland“ (AfD): Peter Rütters hat sich mit der Arbeit der AfD-Abgeordneten in den diversen Landtagen und Bürgerschaften beschäftigt, ein weiterer Beitrag thematisiert die Anhängerstruktur der AfD. Julian Schärdel hat die regionale Berichterstattung über die AfD in insgesamt neun Landtagswahlkämpfen untersucht, während Eric Linhart die politische Positionen der AfD auf Landesebene anhand einer Auswertung des Wahl-O-Maten vorstellt. Neben Beiträgen zum Fraktions- und Abgeordnetenrecht lotet Karlheinz Niclauß die Möglichkeiten einer Minderheitsregierung nach der nächsten Bundestagswahl aus. Ein umfangreicher Rezensionsteil beschließt das Heft, dessen komplettes Inhaltsverzeichnis es hier gibt.
