Ein „long read“: Robert Habeck im Osten
Mehrere Monate hat die ZEIT-Journalistin Jana Hensel den Parteichef von Bündnis 90/GRÜNEN, Robert Habeck, im politischen Alltag begleitet, vor allem auf Reisen durch die neuen Bundesländer. In ihrem soeben veröffentlichten Artikel heißt es: „Seit Beginn des Jahres habe ich ihn begleitet. Die meisten Termine fanden in Ostdeutschland statt, denn eigentlich sollten die Landtagswahlen in Sachsen, Brandenburg und Thüringen das wichtigste politische Ereignis des Jahres werden. Und ich wollte mir ansehen, ob es dem 50-Jährigen, der sein Leben fast ausschließlich in Schleswig-Holstein verbracht hat, gelingt, ostdeutsch sprechen zu lernen. Zumal er wie wohl noch kein westdeutscher Politiker vor ihm zugegeben hatte, sich für den Osten bisher nicht sonderlich interessiert zu haben.“ Der sehr ausführlich ausgefallene Artikel wirft einen sehenswerten Blick hinter die Kulissen des politischen Alltagsbetrieb – und ist als „long read“ wärmstens zu empfehlen.
