Vor der Landtagswahl…
Am morgigen Sonntag, den 6. Juni 2021, wird der achte Landtag von Sachsen-Anhalt gewählt. In den vergangenen Tagen ist über die Wahl sowie deren mögliche Konsequenzen medial breit berichtet worden (selbst die New York Times schaute auf Sachsen-Anhalt). Der MDR wird morgen abend anhand automatisierter Webseiten sehr zügig die Ergebnisse aus den 41 Wahlkreisen sowie 219 Gemeinden veröffentlichen können (warum und wie das geht, ist hier nachzulesen). Die wichtigsten Fragen rund um die Wahl werden hier beantwortet. Auf welche Art und Weise die 18-Uhr-Prognose der Meinungsforschungsinstitute zustande kommt und inwiefern auch die (in Corona-Zeiten deutlich größere Zahl von) Briefwahlstimmen eingerechnet werden (können), ist hier zusammengefasst.
