Koalitionsverhandlungen in Sachsen-Anhalt auf der Zielgeraden
Der Abschluss der Koalitionsverhandlungen zwischen CDU, SPD und FDP in Sachsen-Anhalt war ursprünglich bereits für die vergangene Woche geplant gewesen. Einige zentrale Punkte müssen aber noch geklärt werden; neben inhaltlichen Diskrepanzen geht es dabei nicht zuletzt um die Struktur der nächsten Landesregierung (auch die personelle Besetzung der Regierung ist weitgehend noch offen, siehe hier). Eine finale Einigung der potentiellen Koalitionspartner ist für den heutigen Nachmittag geplant. Der MDR gibt hier einen Überblick über den aktuellen Stand der Verhandlungen sowie die wichtigsten Herausforderungen. Für Mitte September ist dann die Wahl Reiner Haseloffs zum Ministerpräsidenten geplant, zuvor müssen bei Union und SPD noch die Mitglieder über den Koalitionsvertrag abstimmen.
Update, 10. August 2021: inzwischen können die Ergebnisse der Koalitionsverhandlungen hier nachgelesen werden. Hier spekuliert der MDR über die mögliche personelle Zusammensetzung des nächsten Kabinetts. Und hier erklären Timo Lehmann und Peter Maxwill auf SPIEGEL Online, warum die Deutschland-Koalition in Sachsen-Anhalt auch als Modell für den Bund taugen könnte.
