Das vielleicht ungewöhnlichste Wahllokal Deutschlands
Vielleicht ist das der ultimate Vorschlag, um die Beteiligung an Wahlen in Deutschland zu erhöhen: seit einigen Jahren bauen Johannes Peter Fabrizius und seine Frau Sybille im heimischen Wohnzimmer in Leverkusen-Edelrath an Wahltagen ein offiziell zugelassenes Wahllokal auf – und zwar seit der Schließung der Kneipe im Nachbardorf, die bis dahin als Wahllokal gedient hatte. Zwei Europawahlen, zwei Kommunalwahlen, drei Landtagswahlen und jetzt die vierte Bundestagswahl sind bislang im Wohnzimmer der Fabrizius‘ abgehalten worden, wie die Süddeutsche Zeitung heute berichtet. der Clou an der ganzen Geschichte: auf Nachfrage steht neben Keksen und Bonbons auch ein Schnaps bereit, um sich nach dem Wahlgang zu stärken.
