Deutsche Einheit: Zeitzeugen im Gespräch
Im C. H. Beck-Verlag erscheint in diesen Tagen ein von Michael Gehler und Oliver Dürkop herausgegebener Band mit Zeitzeugengesprächen rund um den Prozess der deutschen Wiedervereinigung in den Jahren 1989/90. Diese Thematik spiegelt sich am Institut für Politikwissenschaft der MLU in unterschiedlichen Lehrveranstaltungen, etwa im Rahmen der Transformationsforschung. Nun sind zu diesen Prozessen und Ereignissen, nicht zuletzt anlässlich des 30. Jahrestages von Mauerfall und Wiedervereinigung, zahlreiche publizistische wie auch wissenschaftliche Publikationen erschienen, doch können diese Zeitzeugengespräche eine weitere Dimension der Auseinandersetzung mit dem Einigungsprozess eröffnen. Nähere Informationen zum Buch sowie insbesondere zu den einzelnen Zeitzeugen finden sich hier. Eine Rezension des Bandes findet sich heute in der Süddeutschen Zeitung (noch nicht frei online, aber via VPN über unsere Universitätsbibliothek verfügbar). Das Werk wird in absehbarer Zeit in unserer Fachbereichsbibliothek erhältlich sein.
