Erste Analyse(n) der Wahl in Nordrhein-Westfalen vom 15. Mai 2022
Mit Blick auf die gestrige Landtagswahl in Nordrhein-Westfalen weiß man gar nicht, wo man mit der politikwissenschaftlichen Analyse beginnen soll: mit Personalisierungstendenzen in Wahlen und Wahlkämpfen? Mit der Zukunft der Volksparteien? Oder mit der erneuten Erfahrung, dass der kleinere Koalitionspartner bei darauffolgenden Wahlen stets abgestraft zu werden scheint? Mit dem kontinuierlichen Aufstieg von Bündnis90/GRÜNEN? Oder mit der Verknüpfung von Landes- und Bundespolitik? Oder gar mit der Einschätzung, welche Faktoren bei der Koalitionsbildung entscheidend sein werden? Und wie erklärt man die niedrigste Wahlbeteiligung der Landesgeschichte, obwohl mit einem dynamischen Zweikampf an der Spitze und großer aktueller politischer Herausforderungen eigentlich alles für eine deutlich höhere Partizipation sprach?
So oder so – diese Wahl wird die Wahl- und Parteienforschung in Zukunft sicher noch vertieft beschäftigen. Eine erste Analyse der Wählerwanderungen der Wahl vom 15. Mai 2022 findet sich hier (diese Analyse müsste über die VPN-Verbindung der Uni Halle frei zugänglich sein). SPIEGEL Online präsentiert hier einige aufschlussreiche Karten zur Wahl. Auf Web.de findet sich eine Analyse einschließlich einiger O-Töne von Benjamin Höhne vom Institut für Parlamentarismusforschung in Berlin (ehem. Halle/Saale).
