Streichprogramm für den DAAD
Viele Mitarbeitende und Studierende des Instituts für Politikwissenschaft an der Martin-Luther-Universität Halle-Wittenberg (MLU) haben in der Vergangenheit von Förder- und Austauschprogrammen des Deutschen Akademischen Austauschdienstes (DAAD) profitiert. Vor wenigen Tagen wurde bekannt, dass der DAAD vor einem harten Sparkurs steht, der dazu führen wird, dass weniger Stipendien und Auslandsdozenturen zur Verfügung stehen werden. Auch die Betreuung internationaler Studierender in Deutschland dürfte betroffen sein. Neben dem DAAD gelten die Kürzungspläne auch für die Alexander-von-Humboldt-Stiftung sowie das Goethe-Institut.
