ZParl 2/2022 erschienen
Bis zum Erhalt der Printausgabe dürfte es erfahrungsgemäß noch einige Tage dauern, aber als Onlineformat ist die Ausgabe 2/2022 der Zeitschrift für Parlamentsfragen (ZParl) über unsere Universitätsbibliothek bereits verfügbar. In dieser Ausgabe finden sich Beiträge über die Berufsstruktur der Abgeordneten der 20. Wahlperiode des Deutschen Bundestages sowie die Parlaments- und Wahlstatistik für die Jahre 2002 bis 2022. Außerdem behandelt ein Artikel die Thematisierungsstrategien der Parteien im Bundestagswahlkampf 2021 mit Blick auf die Corona-Pandemie, ebenso findet sich eine Analyse der regionalen Spezifika des Wahlverhaltens der Wahl von 2021 sowie ein detaillierter Blick auf die Rekrutierung des Regierungspersonals der Ampelkoalition. Unter der Überschrift „Mehr Demokratie wagen?!“ bietet das Heft eine Auseinandersetzung mit dem Vorschlag der Absenkung der Altersgrenze für das aktive Wahlrecht zum Bundestag sowie eine weitere Ausgabe der regelmäßigen Übersicht der Parteimitgliedschaften im Jahr 2021. Der Hauptaufsatz des Heftes befasst sich mit der Entscheidung des Deutschen Bundestages vom Juni 1991, den Sitz von Parlament und Regierung von Bonn nach Berlin zu verlegen. Der Autor Wolfram Pyta interpretiert die damalige Entscheidung als „Ergebnis überfraktioneller Willensbildung“. Im Rezensionsteil werden – unter anderem – Bücher über den zurückliegenden Bundestagswahlkampf, zum „Parlamentsrecht im kontextualen Gesamtgefüge“, zu einem Lobbyregistergesetz sowie über „Wahlen und politische Einstellungen in Ost- und Westdeutschland“ besprochen.
