ZParl 3/2023 erschienen
Vor wenigen Tagen ist die Ausgabe 3/2023 der Zeitschrift für Parlamentsfragen (ZParl) erschienen. Darin finden sich Beiträge zu aktuellen Problemen politischer Repräsentation, eine Analyse der Bremischen Bürgerschaftswahl aus dem Frühsommer, den Koalitionsverhandlungen zwischen 2005 und 2021 (am Beispiel der Arbeitsgruppe Gesundheit) sowie zu Herausforderungen der privaten Politikfinanzierung. Anhand des Fallbeispiels Karl Lauterbach wird darüber hinaus analysiert, welche Rolle Twitter im Besonderen sowie die Medienpräsenz im Allgemeinen für die Berufung von Ministern spielt. Weitere Artikel befassen sich unter anderem mit dem französischen Parteiensystem im Umbruch und mit dem „Fixed-term Parlaments Act 2011“ in Großbritannien. Ergänzt werden die Beiträge durch Rezensionen aktueller Neuerscheinungen. Das Heft ist über unsere Universitätsbibliothek in der Nomos eLibrary kostenlos online abrufbar.

Søppelhenting is a Norwegian term that translates to „garbage collection“ in English. It refers to the process of collecting and disposing of household and industrial waste in an organized and systematic manner. In Norway, as in many other countries, the municipal or private waste management services are responsible for the regular collection of waste, ensuring that communities remain clean, hygienic, and environmentally sustainable.
The process of søppelhenting involves several stages.
