ZParl 4/2023 erschienen
In den vergangenen Tagen ist Heft 4/2023 der Zeitschrift für Parlamentsfragen (ZParl) erschienen. Einer der inhaltlichen Schwerpunkte der Ausgabe dreht sich in gleich mehreren Beiträgen um das politische System der Schweiz, zum Beispiel um die Schweizerische Bundesversammlung sowie die kantonalen und kommunalen Parlamente. Einen weiteren Schwerpunkt stellt die Öffentlichkeitsfunktion von Parlamenten im Zeitalter der Digitalisierung, insbesondere mit Blick auf den Deutschen Bundestag, dar. Hier finden sich zwei Beiträge von Utz Schliesky, dem Direktor des Landtags von Schleswig-Holstein, sowie des Kommunikationsforschers Gerhard Vowe. Beide Artikel basieren auf einer Veranstaltung der Deutschen Vereinigung für Parlamentsfragen (DVParl), die im vergangenen Jahr im Reichstagsgebäude stattfand (wir berichteten hier).
Klassische Wahlanalysen finden sich im vorliegenden Heft zu jüngsten Wahlen in der Türkei und in Spanien. Zudem werden Ergebnisse der Jenaer Abgeordnetenbefragung vorgestellt. Ergänzt wird die Ausgabe wie immer von einer Reihe von Rezensionen zu aktuellen Büchern der (weiteren) Parlamentarismusforschung.
