Der deutsche Verteidigungsminister zu Guttenberg, der chinesische Außenminister Yang Jiechi, Obamas Sicherheitsberater Jim Jones, EU-Außenpolitiker Javier Solana, der afghanische Präsident Hamid Karsai und als Konferenzleiter Botschafter a. D. Wolfgang Ischinger: Geschützt durch 3700 Polizisten treffen sich ab heute die Außen- und Sicherheitspolitiker der Welt auf der 46. Sicherheitskonferenz in München. Schwerpunktthemen werden die atomare Abrüstung, die Sicherheitslage in Afghanistan und die neue Rolle Chinas sein.
