Frank Decker: für eine offene Wahl der Ministerpräsidenten
Seit der Wahl Thomas Kemmerichs zum Thüringischen Ministerpräsidenten in der vergangenen Woche stehen Modus und Ablauf der Wahl von Ministerpräsidenten in Deutschland erneut in der Diskussion. Einen konkreten Vorschlag machte in der gestrigen Ausgabe der Süddeutschen Zeitung der Bonner Politikwisenschaftler Frank Decker: wählt die Ministerpräsidenten in offener Abstimmung! Sein Argument: die Geheimwahl sei ein undemokratisches Relikt. Dieser Vorschlag wird sicherlich in der einen oder anderen Diskussion in zukünftigen Lehrveranstaltung (nicht nur) in der Regierungslehre aufgegriffen werden… Nachzulesen ist Deckers Beitrag hier.
