ZParl 3/2021 erschienen
In den kommenden Tagen erscheint die Printausgabe von Heft 3/2021 der Zeitschrift für Parlamentsfragen (ZParl), die elektronische Version ist bereits jetzt über unsere Universitätsbibliothek verfügbar. Im aktuellen Heft finden sich Analysen der Landtagswahlen aus dem Frühjahr bzw. -sommer, nämlich in Baden-Württemberg, Rheinland-Pfelz und Sachsen-Anhalt (letztere aus der Feder der Halleschen Politikwissenschaftlerin Kerstin Völkl). Darüber hinaus befasst sich ein Artikel mit einer empirischen Wähleranalyse der PARTEI im Kontext der Europawahl 2019, ein anderer Beitrag thematisiert Defizite deskriptiver Repräsentation bei der Wahl der Bundespräsidenten, und auch aufgegriffen wird die Rolle des sächsischen Landtags in der Debatte rund um die Digitalisierung in den Schulen des Bundeslandes. Gleich zwei Aufsätze widmen sich den Plenardebatten im Deutschen Bundestag: zum einen geht es um „Oppositionsverhalten in den Plenardebatten zum Migrationspakt: der ’neue Dualismus‘ auf dem Prüfstand“, zum anderen geht es um „Plenardebatten als Spiegel sich wandelnder Diskurskoalitionen“ im Kontext des Zusammenhangs von Ökologie und Ökonomie seit dem Jahre 1977. Abgerundet wird das Heft wie immer von einer Reihe aktueller Rezensionen.
