Neue Studie der FES: „Gesellschaft im Corona-Stresstest“
Die Corona-Krise wird oft als der große „Verstärker“ beschrieben, in der mitunter längerfristige politische und gesellschaftliche Trends beschleunigt und/oder vertieft werden. Welche Konsequenzen hat die Krise aber für die Gesellschaft in der Bundesrepublik Deutschland selbst sowie für den gesellschaftlichen Zusammenhalt? Dieser Frage gehen Leonie Schulz und Rainer Faus in einer Studie für die Friedrich-Ebert-Stiftung (FES) nach. Die Ergebnisse dieser Untersuchung basieren auf einem mehrstufigen Forschungsprozess mit drei Untersuchungszeiträumen zwischen Oktober 2020 und November 2021. Auf dieser Basis haben Schulz und Faus untersucht, wie sich die politischen Einstellungen, Sorgen und Hoffnungen in der Bevölkerung verändert haben und was jetzt von der Politik erwartet wird.
