Neue ZParl 4/2022 verfügbar
Zumindest online ist die neue Ausgabe 4/2022 der Zeitschrift für Parlamentsfragen (ZParl) verfügbar (zum Beispiel über den Zugang unserer Universitätsbibliothek zur Nomos eLibrary). Print-Abonnenten müssen noch einige Tage auf ihr schriftliches Exemplar warten. Dabei bietet das neue Heft erneut zahlreiche Schmankerl für die Freundinnen und Freunde der Parlamentarismusforschung. Die Beiträge befassen sich zum Beispiel mit dem Urteil des Berliner Landesverfassungsgerichtshofes rund um die Wiederholung der Abgeordnetenhauswahl vom 26. September 2021, den Geschäftsordnungen der Fraktionen im Bundestag, dem Wirken der Arbeitsgruppen und -kreise der Fraktionen sowie mit den Wirkungen der TV-Übertragung von Untersuchungsausschüssen. Weitere Artikel thematisieren die parlamentarische Kontrolle der Nachrichtendienste in Deutschland, beleuchten die Rolle des Südschleswigschen Wählerverbandes (SSW), der seit der Wahl von 2021 mit einem Abgeordneten im Bundestag vertreten ist sowie Koalitionstheorien in der Ära Merkel. Ein umfangreicher Aufsatz vergleicht die Grundsatzprogramme der Partei Bündnis90/GRÜNE in den Jahren 2002 und 2020. Beschlossen wird das Heft von einer ganzen Reihe von Rezensionen aktueller und einschlägiger Bücher rund um den Gegenstandsbereich von Regierung und Parlament.
