An jedem 23. Mai jährt sich das Inkrafttreten des Grundgesetzes als (zunächst provisorische) Verfassung der Bundesrepublik Deutschland, so auch am heutigen Tage. Wer etwas zur Entstehung der bundesdeutschen Verfassung, zum Aufbau und zu den zentralen Bestimmungen des Werkes, aber auch zum Grundgesetz als „Norm“ und als „Kultur“ erfahren möchte, ist mit dem schmalen Band „Das Grundgesetz“ des Berliner Rechtswissenschaftlers Christoph Möllers bestens bedient. Im Jahr 2019 ist das Buch im Münchner Verlag C. H. Beck in zweiter Auflage erschienen. Details zum Band sowie eine Leseprobe sind hier zu finden.
