Parlamentsreform in Sachsen-Anhalt auf der Zielgeraden
Am morgigen Freitag will der Landtag von Sachsen-Anhalt die umfangreichste Parlamentsreform seiner Geschichte beschließen. Im Detail geht es unter anderem um die Senkung der Hürden für Volksbegehren, um neue Staatsziele für die Landesverfassung, um zukünftig öffentliche Ausschusssitzungen und um die Verpflichtung der Fachausschüsse, in Zukunft enger mit dem Petitionsausschuss zusammenzuarbeiten. Update, 28. Februar 2020: der Reform stimmten heute 63 Abgeordnete zu, 21 Abgeordnete waren dagegen, es gab eine Enthaltung. Damit wurde die notwendige Zwei-Drittel-Mehrheit erreicht.
