Neues aus der Koalitionsforschung: die „Projektregierung“ vor dem Start?
Seit der Landtagswahl im Oktober 2019 stehen die politischen Akteure Thüringens vor der schwierigen Aufgabe, angesichts komplizierter Mehrheitsverhältnisse eine Regierung zu bilden. Da die vielleicht naheliegendste Koalitionsoption, ein Bündnis aus Linkspartei und CDU (das man in Anlehnung an Jamaika-, Kenia- oder Kiwi-Koalition in anderen Bundesländern die „Milka-Koalition“ aus Lila und Schwarz nennen könnte), an der Basis beider Parteien womöglich schwierig zu vermitteln ist, wird derzeit – übrigens unter möglicher Mitwirkung von Alt-Bundespräsident Joachim Gauck – an einer Lösung gebastelt, die man als „Projektregierung“ bezeichnen könnte. In diesem Fall gäbe es keine formelle Koalition, sondern eine Kooperation in ausgewählten Politikbereichen. Der MDR hat mehr zum Thema, die TAZ auch. Und der Berliner Tagesspiegel wagt einen vergleichenden Blick in andere Länder.
