Happy birthday, Grundgesetz
Am heutigen 23. Mai 2022 wird das Grundgesetz 73 Jahre alt. Seit seiner Verabschiedung im Jahre 1949 ist das Grundgesetz deutlich länger geworden, im Schnitt ist seither jeder zweite Artikel geändert worden. In der Süddeutschen Zeitung findet sich heute eine Übersicht von Ronen Steinke über die wichtigsten Änderungen des Verfassungstextes seit 1949. Online ist der Beitrag hier nachzulesen. Und warum das Bundesverfassungsgericht in seiner Interpretation des Grundgesetzes mal als Motor und mal als Bremser gewirkt hat, hat Wolfgang Janisch anlässlich des heutigen Jubiläums hier aufgeschrieben.
