Zur personellen Aufstellung von Bundesministerien
Nach jeder Wahl in Deutschland kommt es auf Basis der Koalitionsverhandlungen zu Neuberufungen von Ministerinnen und Ministern, gerade nach der jüngsten Bundestagswahl hat es im Vergleich zur Vorgänger-Regierung bei der Verteilung der Ministerien auf die einzelnen Koalitionspartner große Veränderungen gegeben. Worauf aber setzen die Neuen im Kabinett bei der Auswahl des Spitzenpersonals für herausgehobene Positionen im eigenen Haus? Zählt vor allem dessen Regierungserfahrung? Oder die persönliche Loyalität? Oder die fachliche Expertise? Tobias Schmidt vom Magazin politik+kommunikation hat sich in einigen Ministerien der aktuellen Ampel-Koalition umgehört.
