Neuer Aufsatz zur Rolle der Parlamente in der Corona-Pandemie
Eine der spannendsten Fragen rund um die Corona-Pandemie der vergangenen Jahre war aus politikwissenschaftlicher Perspektive die Rolle der Parlamente während der oft zitierten „Stunde der Exekutive“. Konnte zum Beispiel der Bundestag seine eigentlichen Aufgaben während dieser zeit erfüllen? Konnte insbesondere die parlamentarische Opposition ihrer Kontrollaufgabe gerecht werden? Wolfgang Zeh, der frühere Direktor beim Deutschen Bundestag, geht diesen Fragen in einem soeben erschienenen Aufsatz für das Beiheft 7 („Corona und Grundgesetz“) der Zeitschrift „Recht und Politik“ nach. Auch die weiteren Beiträge des Heftes befassen sich mit zentralen Fragen der Corona-Pandemie, wenn auch vor allem aus rechtswissenschaftlicher Perspektive. Das Heft ist via Universitätsbibliothek der MLU über die E-Bibliothek des Verlages Duncker & Humboldt im Volltext abrufbar.
