Neues APuZ-Heft: „Herrschaft des Rechts“
Am heutigen Montag ist die neue Ausgabe der von der Bundeszentrale für politische Bildung (BpB) herausgegebenen Zeitschrift „Aus Politik und Zeitgeschichte (APuZ)“ erschienen. Thema dieser Ausgabe ist die „Herrschaft des Rechts“. So beleuchtet etwa Tine Stein die Selbstbindung des Rechts im demokratischen Verfassungsstaat, Oliver Lepsius skizziert die „politische Funktion“ des Bundesverfassungsgerichts (BVerfG), der frühere Bundesverfassungsrichter Udi di Fabio diskutiert „Wirkungsmacht und Grenzen“ des BVerfG und Christian Rath spürt der öffentlichen Wahrnehmung des BVerfG nach. Weitere Themen sind die aktuellen Herausforderungen für den Rechtsstaat in Polen und Ungarn (Kriszta Kovács und Kim Lane Scheppele), der Menschenrechtsschutz in der Europäischen Union (Michael Krennerich) sowie die grundsätzliche Frage des gleichen Zugangs zum Recht (Michael Wrase, Leonie Thies, Johanna Behr und Tim Stegemann).
